Multi-language pnlgrp

Hi all,
We have multi-language capable application (or trying to have one).  In
the research process, we have to create a multi language panel groups.
Is there anyway, we could refer to a message file in a panel group? If
yes, can you please clip a sample code for me?  Or point to me the link
on the subject?
