Jon, The title is Programming in RPG IV Third Edition. Yes it does SubProcedures and Freeform. It was my text book at NC State and I have it open on my desk as I type this. I know that one has been updated to include subprocedures, it may also have free-form in the latest incarnation. It is the basic text used by many of the colleges that teach RPG.
