I challenge you to find stat() in the QC2LE binding directory.  It's not
there! Stat() is a system API. It's not part of the ILE C runtime, and
therefore not in QC2LE.

Look in the Information Center under Programming -> APIs -> API Finder.
In the "Search By Name" box, type "stat()".

Or, if you prefer, click "Unix-Type APIs -> Integrated File System APIs"
and select stat() from the list.
