Anyone have an RPG IV prototype example using either of these two APIs?

Syntax
 #include <qsysetid.h>    
 int qsysetuid(uid_t uid);

Parameters
uid
    (Input) User ID.
    This field must contain one of the following values:
    0 to 4294967294
        The user ID value for the set operation.
