Good morning list,

The problem seem to be in my XPaths.
eWegPunkt =   '//MGSvrReturn/RouteListe/WegPunkte/WegPunkt/>';
works...
But JUST this one.

I wonder if that "@" to mark an attribute in the XPath is right.
Or is it an "§" or something else that was converted wrong because of
different CCSIDs, codepages and such stuff.

error = Error_getError() isn't executed because on-error doesn't trigger
on.
my programs never have any errors :)

best regards
 Martin

Your Xpath's look fine. The only thing that I wonder about is the
special characters in your Desc attributes.

Do this in your On-Error clause:

error = Error_getError();

Define error in your D specs like so:

D error       DS              LikeDS(Error_ErroInfo)

Check to see what the field values in 'error' are to make sure the IBM
parser actually parsed the document.
