It is "fixed" but I think this may be part of the stuff that is fixed by the
RPG pre-compiler.  You run the compiler in pre-compiler mode and it deals
with compiler directives and stuff that SQL won't understand - producing a
new source.  That is then pre-compiled (again) by the SQL pre-compiler.
