Since you intend to convert the code to "true" ILE with subprocs etc. in the future, why bother with going "ILE" right now? Don't get me wrong you _should_ convert to RPG IV, but there is little to be gained from compiling as DFTACTGRP(*NO) - simply accept the default of DFTACTGRP(*YES) and get the benefits of RPG IV without having to be concerned with OVR scope etc. Time enough to worry about that when you do the redesign.
