This is probably the only issue you need be concerned about for now. Since
you intend to convert the code to "true" ILE with subprocs etc. in the
future, why bother with going "ILE" right now?

Don't get me wrong you _should_ convert to RPG IV, but there is little to 
be
gained from compiling as DFTACTGRP(*NO) - simply accept the default of
DFTACTGRP(*YES) and get the benefits of RPG IV without having to be
concerned with OVR scope etc.  Time enough to worry about that when you do
the redesign.
