Yes, if you want to undelete all of the deleted records.  Try prompting:

  ?WRKDBF/WRKDBFUNDL

This will restore all deleted records still in the file.  Obvious
caveats are the reuse of deleted records, or having already used
RGZPFM on the file.

BTW, both this command and WRKDBF itself use Dave McKenzie's freeware
undelete utility under the covers to perform the magic.  It just makes
for a nice interface to Dave's command.
