SQL statement parser

Trying to create a database server exit program (exit point QIBM_QZDA_SQL2).  
Does anybody has a SQL statement parser procedure/program that can parser out 
all the files that being used in the sql statement?
 
for example: FileA and FileB should be the return value of the parse proc/pgm 
if the sql statement is: 
    select * from FileA join FileB on FileAField1 = FileBField1
