I would recommend using the following:
DSPFD FILE(*ALLUSR/*ALL)
TYPE(*MBRLIST *MBRLIST)
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
FILEATR(*PF)
OUTFILE(yourlibrary/yourfile)
I would run this in batch. Then, with query or DBU or whatever other tool
you have, look at yourfile for field MLNAME, which is the member name.

Is it possible to retrieve File Name and Library Name for a Member. I am
unaware of any such command which gives Library name and file name.
There is a problem that I remember the member name but forgot the location
of the member and want to search it.
