5.0 does have V5 RPG enhancements...  or, at least it has free form
code.  WDSCi 5.0 is the one that shipped with OS/400 V5R2, and is the one
that I've currently got installed on my PC.

I just tested it out quickly, and simple /FREE code does work in VARPG,
which makes me think that, at the very least, there's some V5 capabilities
in this version of VARPG.

I know that I should update to 5.1.2, but I haven't a clue how to do that.
It appears that the only way is to get my business partner to order me a
software refresh.  Too big of a hassle, I'll just wait until I upgrade
everything to V5R3 and do everything at once.
