Don't think so.  LR is set on in MYEXTPGM.

Also, it works fine when called from an OPM CL program.

Note MYEXTPGM is a OPM RPG program.

I'm calling it from an ILE RPG program created with DFTACTGRP(*NO)
ACTGRP(*CALLER)and calling the ILE RPG from the command line.
