well I am receiving true DD MM SS.  I think I have the formula down but seem
to be having some major issues with ibms api's for acos.  I am trying a few
more things then I will post the code here to see if anyone can see what I
am doing wrong.  Thank you all for your help I hope to have more posted
tomorrow on this.
