Maybe you are going to need to break down and define the fields 
individually.  Are you really going to need all the fields?  For example 
our item master has several dozen fields.  However I can't see too many 
needs of a multirow fetch where we would need all the fields.  And if it's 
for an interactive program, there's the real estate to consider.

Granted, you just shouldn't have to.  But to meet a deadline you swallow 
your lumps, submit a DCR for the future, and move on.

I wish the person from the precompiler team on this list would pipe up on 
this one, or related occasions.

We'll try not to treat you in the boorish manner I first treated you when 
I met you in person.
