Old dumb terminals seem to support MNUBAR & PULLDOWN fairly well although not 
in a GUI form. We have some old Decision Data 3596s and they support both. It's 
been so long since I've what the restrictions are, I'm not sure if they 
reasonably apply anymore. Weren't the restrictions tied to the controller more 
than the terminal?
