It was announced at RPG World in Chicago that IBM has budgeted for an update
to that book in December 2004. So look for it sometime next year.

Subject: Time for a new "Sorcerer's Guide"? (was RE: DTAARA keyword,IN
opcode, and sub-procedure)

Even though I was 99% certain that there was no redbook titled as suggested
by Mihael Knezevic, I went and had a look anyways, searching on RPG.

Guess what? "Who knew" is FOUR YEARS OLD! It only covers up to V4R4. But
it advanced my expertise in a subject that I *thought* I had all the answers
to. (Well, participating on this list will humble most people in a hurry,
myself included.)

Could the "powers that be" be persuaded to do an update (to v5r3) on this
book that every RPG programmer should have one-click access to? Pretty
please?
