Well mostly ;-) To make a change to the record that caused the trigger to fire you must update the "after record buffer" that is passed into the trigger program. You _CAN_NOT_ use normal I/O to make the updates!!!!!! Do you sense the importance of the above statement? <grin> Also, you need to specify ALWREPCHG(*YES) when you create the trigger.
