   Use the DDS keyword MAPVAL to "edit" 0001-01-01 to blanks.  Remember that
   a "zero" date data type is *LOVAL, not zero.  An ISO date has to be a
   *valid* ISO date or 0001-01-01.  Also, you can enter 20040531 or
   2004-05-31 in an ISO date field.
