Why do you have this twice?  I know the signature is different, but the
export list is the same.  Just curious...

A signature violation means that something is out of whack with your
bindings.  UPDPGM PGM(YOURPGM) MODULE(*NONE) will reset the bindings for
any program you have without needing to recompile it.  Any chance that
you have a service program somewhere that was not done this way?  Could
this service program be referring to another service program without a
hard coded signature?
