Am confused in selecting and setting the data queue.

We need to trigger a process (call a program or submit a 
program)
with the data queue.can i  use a keyed data qeueue or FIFO data 
queue

Also this data qeueu can grow rapidly based on the data flow.It 
will be causing a performance issue.How to set this data queue 
optimised
