Printer File BOX & LINE on page overflow

Hi all,

I have written a couple of boxes in my printer file as follows.

A                                      LINE(6.5 7.0 16.5 *VRT *MEDIUM)
A                                      LINE(6.5 10.0 16.5 *VRT *MEDIUM)
A                                      LINE(6.5 13.0 16.5 *VRT *MEDIUM)
A                                      LINE(6.5 16.0 16.5 *VRT *MEDIUM)

In my rpg program I have Write statements to print BOX1 and BOX2 and on
page 1 the boxes print out beautifully.

However when the report goes to the second page I get all my data but no
boxes print.  Yes I have made sure that the WRITE for BOX1 and BOX2 is
where any occurrence of WRITE HEADER occurs.

I even placed the rpg in debug to ensure that it was actually going through
the WRITE statements and it does but no boxes appear on page 2.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the boxes don't occur for page
2.
