Thanks for the info.

We have Hawkeye 8.3.  It give me a list of where use, which could be a big 
list.  Does 9.0 give a you narrow down list that only list modules contain 
export procedure?

Hawkeye's Pathfinder V9.0 will do that (but not the binding directory.)
If you want to write your own, look at these APIs:

QUSCRTUS - create user space
QUSCUSAT - change user space attributes
QUSPTRUS - pointer to user space
QBNLPGMI - get ILE program information
QUSDLTUS - delete user space

There may be more but I can't think of them off the top of my head.  The API
finder in the Infocenter should help.  http://www.iseries.ibm.com/infocenter
