What I've now figured out is that the (expletive deleted) precompiler
doesn't support conditional compilation directives.
/DEFINE DSpec
/INCLUDE ROUTINES/QPROTOSRC,SYSNAME
...
/UNDEFINE DSpec
...
/COPY ROUTINES/QPROTOSRC,SYSNAME
...
Had to do the latter as a /copy since it does some SQL.
but since I break it up into two areas of the program I tried some
conditional compilation statements. Evidently at V5R2 the precompiler
doesn't support that.
