Uh yes... the number of libs needs to be a 4-byte binary field (INT4).
In RPG IV that would be a 10i0 value.

I can't seem to get this to work. Right now the only thing that happens
is the library list is cleared, but the user libraries I want to add are
not being added. Here's what I have. Can anyone see if I am missing
