I'm not an expert by any means but
You should look on the IBM site for on-line books (I had a question about
advanced function printing) and while getting help on it I ran across some
items you will need to know about here goes this is not instructions just
ideas.
1) CCSID (language codes for 400) you'll need to find the codes for the
languages you want
2) DBCS double byte character code for Japanese
3) search v5r2 books on-line IBM for Enable secondary language
