 Actually Scott it is amazingly easy to write an RPG program that will
compile and be a .dll. 

 An example is at

(This is an application that displayes an image from a green screen
application.  The image viewer is VARPG program and the image path to load
is sent via dataque.)

A .DLL is a Windows object which is is similar in nature to a service
program on the iSeries.
