That's a good question, it would be my guess that it would return QUSER if the 
job
was running under the QUSER profile. This won't be a problem for this 
particular app but
I might do a little test just to find out.

Will that work if your job was started by someone using iSeries access 
to 
post data into the file?  If so does the job run under some standard 
IBM 
name, like this job:
Job 111261/QUSER/QZLSFILE
Servicing user profile ROB from client 10.10.222.69.

Which user would it report then?  ROB, or QUSER?
