Pathfinder by Hawkeye Information Systems http://www.hawkinfo.com/ Abstract/Probe by Advanced System Concepts http://www.asc-iseries.com/ are a couple that come to mind. They're not cheap, but they both do the job fairly well. I think Abstract/Probe has probably been modernized with a GUI, while Pathfinder still uses a green-screen interface.
