An intern to type it in by hand?  Sorry Frank, couldn't resist.  I don't
know of any automated tool to devolve RPG IV back to RPG III.  Why not leave
it as RPG IV and have someone else try to make a change to it?  Perhaps
re-convert the original (in another library) and have your colleague make
the changes.  Then you'd have someone else who actually tried RPG IV...
