The subfile starts on line 5.
For *DS3 (24x80 screen), the constant 'REQUESTER' begins on line 4 at
position 73 and ends in position 1 of line 5, which causes it to overlap the
first position of the subfile.
For *DS3, this constant value should actually *not* go past position 79 of
line 4, since I believe you need at least one blank space between the end of
the last field in the SFL control record and the the beginning of the
subfile.
