In the long term you should change the way you do your WRITE's or UPDATE's 
to include error processing.  For example if you do an UPDATE and the 
trigger throws this error then the appropriate error handling needs to be 
in place.  Like instead of doing UPDATE use
UPDATE (E) myfile;
if %error;
  // position 46 through 52 of the file information data structure will 
have the message number
  // but what good will CPF9898 tell you?
  Select;
  When %status=01023; // trigger before file operation
  ...
  When %status=01024; // trigger after file operation
  ...
  EndSl;
EndIf;
