Can I create an sql package on a remote system from a program that calls an external procedure on the remote system that also has embedded sql that accesses files on the application requester pgm? I have a pgm that calls an external procedure on a remote system. This same pgm also has embedded sql that accesses files that are not on the remote system. When I try to create the sql package (based on the pgm that calls the external procedure) it fails, telling me it cannot find the file that is being accessed at the central server via embedded sql. I'm using connect, set connect, and disconnect to move between databases on different systems. Anyone have any ideas?
