I don't think it will ever happen again. Maybe for the HTTP server. But i think every responsible webmaster (at least pbA, where security by obscurity fell off) tries to keep up with releases and PTFs on his web machine / partition just for security/availability reasons and has left behind unsupported releases a long time before. RPG is completely different, IMHO.
