"We and many others use Net.data since it ships free with OS400 and is a bit of a no-brainer for green screeners. You can do just about anything without the need for any compiled code." I also love Net.Data. Is pretty neat the things you can do with it. I think what we are looking for is for solutions that will speed up the way we develop the IT solutions and eventually accomplish our goals in a more efficient way. Most part of these products sustain that they are a very fast learning curve and ease-of-use kind of product, besides other facts like letting you build inquiries, reports, file maintenance applications, etc. very quickly, dozens of templates that are common in our day-to-day business are available to us to create new applications, etc. So really what Bill is doing is looking for solutions that will facilitate his development process so he can have more time analyzing, designing, implementing, training, etc. and less time coding. I am looking for that as well. For example, we developed our intranet using CGI, HTML, JavaScript and Net.Data, of course, but we are not in a box. We want to see what is out there and see how it can bring us up-to-date in technology and improve our overall performance. Growing is a never-ending process and if we change, it should be for the better. Peter Vidal Pall Aeropower Corp.
