Not sure my original message made it to the list so I?m reposting the
message.

I?m looking for someone who has experience with embedding SQL calls in RPG
programs for the purposes of accessing data on non-AS400 servers.

We have 3 machines we wish to access for the purposes of extracting data for
inclusion in a data warehouse resident on our AS400. One of the remote
machines is a RS6000 running Progress, the second is a Windows 2000 machine
running SQLServer (version 8 I believe) while the 3rd machine is a HP Server
running Oracle 11i.

Due to the nature of the data we are extracting we do not want to simply
pass flat files which are copies of the targeted data files ? the data is
too extensive to operate that way.

It is not important to me that the experience is an exact match, just need
to talk to someone who has done it before.
