As a 2+ decade RPGer, I was overwhelmed & perplexed with Object Oriented technology & Event driven technology. I am finally getting a grasp on it. It does make sense, and it's cool, but it's not the same thing that Grandma used to make. If your really want to have fun, take an Object Oriented Analysis & Design course. Have fun with UML, Use Cases, State charts, Sequence & Collaboration diagrams.....<smile> Procedural programming is being replaced by object re-use, inheritance, encapsulation, etc. Just when I was becomming an expert with ERD's, now it's listed in the textbooks as 'Grandpas design tools' Ha, cheer up it's just getting started.
