You can undelete the record using the WRKDBF utility. I do not know but maybe: a) If you are journaling the file, that will help you... b) There are tools in the market that will help you recover deleted records from a file..., if you want to recover the account, do not reorganize the file. That will stop you from been able to recover the record. I think there are other inexpensive ways to recover the record and you can search this in the archives as well. c) Check your backups and restore the file from the most recent one to a different library.
