Uh, there is potential for an endless loop here. If the first record (or
really any record) doesn't match the condition Opt = 'N', another READC
will never be issued, %EOF can never be turned on...
The last ReadC should be moved out of the select construct to just before
the enddo so that it gets called on every iteration through the loop.
