1) Slower than root/QOpenSys
2) 8.3 file name restriction (ffffffff.ext)
3) Requires users to be in WRKDIRE
4) Odd authorisation rules
5) QDLS is the specialised S/38 shared folder support:
    supplanted by Netserver shares.  Support is better for Netserver
problems.
