David also hosts a mailing list for code - called CODE400-L you might
want to check out as this isn't really a RPG issue.  From a search on
"install administrator":

Find the setup file...right click and select settings.....Click the tab
that
says compatibility.....set for WIN98. That should work.

I am trying to install Code on my PC. My user profile is Computer
Administrator. I am running Windows XP. When I try to install CODE on my
PC I get the message  "IBM Websphere Development Tools for iSeries can
only be installed by a System Administrator. Please logon as a user with
administrator authority".
