As I said, I only use the *pssr as a last chance to exit the program without
falling over.  If I get this far, I'm having a Really Bad Day.

If you are on an earlier release, use the H-Specification keyword.'debug'
and remove the (a) extender on the dump operation code.  Don't forget to put
them in your subprocedures, too.  Some programs (like ICF) I will have
various fields in the file information data structure and the program status
data structure defined.  Some programs, I'll set an 'invalid' return code in
the *PSSR if the caller has passed one in, but that's about all I do in the
*PSSR.
