Can you do something like this? Is there a way to define an external data structure for each file and "map" an array to each set of buckets? I guess overlay might work, but I would have to calculate the offset in the records for each array. Can I create an array, based on a pointer, and initialize the pointer to the first bucket field address? I seem to remember someone before having a problem with fields not being contiguous in memory and that caused a problem. Any help would be appreciated! Thx!
