Problem:
The staff I'm working with has set a policy that it is RPG or nothing. I
had a hard enough time getting them to let me code in RPGIV and use API's.
At least they are getting ready to go up to v5r2. And I already know of
about 20+ programs I would like to revisit to take advantage of %dec
alone.
