Trying to Find API for ADDPFM -- RPG400-L

I was looking for an API to ADDPFM, is there one.

 Looked on IBM site but did not see one. 

Right now using ADDPFM in QCMDEXC extpgm after checking for it with pr for 
QUSRMBRD API. 

Was wanting to change to stick with APIs.

On v5r1 for now.

Anyone know.
