No not SQLRPGLE but what's weird I can put in Break points all the way up to line 9999 after that say 10000 up it sets break to last line. I guess I'll set at 9999 and see what step will do.:( Thanks Bill Hopkins "Chevalier, Rick" <Rick.Chevalier@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 08/26/2003 04:21 PM Please respond to RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries To: "'RPG programming on the AS400 / iSeries'" <rpg400-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc: Subject: RE: STRDBG Max size of program. Bill, I have experienced this behavior with SQLRPGLE programs. Would this happen to have embedded SQL? If so, it is most likely that the source prior to the pre-compiler is being used by the object not the source created by the pre-compiler. You can change the compile options to use the post pre-compiler source. Rick -----Original Message----- From: Bill Hopkins [mailto:BHopkins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, August 26, 2003 3:11 PM To: rpg400-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: STRDBG Max size of program. I've been brought a RPGLE pgm v5r1 that is 420 pages. When I put into STRDBG and I try to set a break point( F6) it sets it to the last line of program. Is this because of it's size? Searched Archive but did not see anything posted like this.
