Mike, I think Peter Dow hit the nail somewhere. You should code it as C+ SELECT DBCPY_NAME, DBAPI_COMPANY, DBAPI_PO_INVOICE_FL, ZONED(COUNT(*),9,0) I think this wil work. In your code it will generate a temporary filed, SEL0001, with a length of 30.
