RPGNext.com Update

FYI, I posted an update to my library on www.RPGNext.com today that
includes a new "replaceString()" procedure and my new "CPYFTOCSV"
command.  You can view the release notes here
http://www.rpgnext.com/downloads/release.php to see whats new.

If you have the library, I strongly recommend that you upgrade.  Some of
those nasty value/const/*nopass thingies were still hanging around the
library and I finally killed them once and for all.

Also, I'm starting a notification list so that I can stop posting these
messages to this list.  E-mail me offline and I'll add you to it.
