I believe you are looking for the MODULE source, since an ILE PROGRAM doesn't have source. Only the modules have source. (Review the CRTPGM command). Modules (and Service Programs) are used to create an ILE program. Use WRKMOD lib/*ALL, then use option 5 to display the module information...
