(if anyone wants to set me straight on the proper use of who vs. whom, can

Joe: Does anyone really care anymore about the proper use of "who" versus "whom"? To my ears, the latter just seems so stilted, or quaint, or just plain old-fashioned. We've gotten rid of the dative case everywhere else in the English language. Why still keep it here? ;-)

If you want a definitive answer, ask someone who has English as a second language. ;-)

(Yeah, I know, I do have some *real* work to do!)

Cheers! Hans
