Aaron, if a called Java method throws a Java exception, the ILE RPG
runtime signals exception message RNX0301.  The message has some of the
information about the Java exception.  To handle it in RPG

When you said "ILE RPG Reference" it was maybe just a typo, but it's the
ILE RPG Programmer's Guide (Chapter 11) that has almost all the
information about calling Java methods.
